Customer Support & Dispatch – Full Time

Location: Westchester County, NY (and surrounding areas)

Department: Operations

Reports To: Operations Manager

That’s why we’re hiring sharp, friendly, and organized professionals for our Customer Support & Dispatch team. You’ll be the voice of our company—making sure customers feel informed and valued, while helping our field crews stay on schedule and efficient.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from customers with professionalism and care

  • Book service appointments, confirm scheduling details, and dispatch technicians to jobs

  • Provide friendly support, status updates, and proactive communication to customers

  • Monitor field tech locations and keep schedules running smoothly

  • Enter and update job details in our CRM (Housecall Pro or similar)

  • Coordinate between customers, field techs, and the management team

  • Help resolve issues and escalate when needed

  • Contribute to a positive team culture and keep things organized

What You Bring

  • Excellent phone and written communication skills

  • Calm under pressure and great with time management

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

  • Customer-first attitude with problem-solving mindset

  • Familiarity with basic office software (G Suite, CRMs, etc.)

  • Availability to work some evenings or weekends during peak seasons

  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented personality

Preferred but Not Required

  • Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or other home service businesses

  • Familiarity with dispatching software (like Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, etc.)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Experience working remotely or in customer-facing roles
