HVAC Technician – Full Time
Location: Westchester County, NY (and surrounding areas)
Department: Field Operations
Reports To: Service Manager / Lead Technician
About the Role
EZ Air Pros is seeking experienced, EPA-certified HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, system replacements, and installations for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You’ll be the face of our company in the field—delivering quality service, transparent communication, and clean, professional work every time.

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems (A/C, heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, etc.)

Perform repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance

Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork and thermostats

Conduct safety and performance inspections on residential and commercial units

Communicate clearly with customers about services and solutions

Accurately document service details using mobile tools

Maintain a clean and professional appearance and work environment

Follow safety protocols and local HVAC codes
What You Bring

2+ years of residential or commercial HVAC experience
-
EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal required)
-
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Punctual, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
Preferred but Not Required

OSHA 10 or 30 Certification

Experience with mini-split and inverter systems

NATE Certification

Experience using Housecall Pro or similar service software
