HVAC Installers & Apprentices – Full Time

About the Role

EZ Air Pros is hiring hardworking, hands-on Installers and motivated Apprentices to support our HVAC installation team. Whether you’ve got experience installing systems or you're just starting out in the trade, we offer a path to grow, learn, and build a real career in the HVAC industry.

Our team works on residential and light commercial systems—installing everything from ductless mini-splits to full central air systems. You’ll work alongside experienced techs, learn from the best, and play a key role in bringing reliable comfort to our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with or perform installation of HVAC equipment (mini-splits, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, thermostats, etc.)

• Help run refrigerant lines, install ductwork, and seal connections

​

• Load and unload equipment and materials at job sites

​

• Use hand and power tools to complete safe and clean installs

​

• Keep a clean, organized workspace and follow safety guidelines

​

• Communicate clearly with customers and team leads

​

• Support lead installers and grow your technical skillset every day

What You Bring

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Strong work ethic and reliability

​

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, or roofs

​

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

​

• Respectful, team-first attitude and clean appearance

​

• Desire to build a long-term career in HVAC

Preferred but Not Required

• Prior experience with HVAC, construction, plumbing, or electrical

​

• EPA certification or readiness to begin studying

​

• Basic hand tools or tool bag

​

• Trade school coursework or high school shop experience
